Extremely disappointing. - Sales Representative Combined Insurance Employee Review

Working 50+ hours a week for two months straight and not getting paid with absolutely no support from management. No other agents in my area so I can't even ride with someone for moral support. Completely on my own and lost. My boss has been gone for over a month. I don't know where or why.
