Pros

Quiet work environment. Everyone keeps to themselves and once you know your job it’s pretty chill. You can listen to music or books or a podcast while you work.

Cons

Abysmal overtime. I was part time so I didn’t qualify for overtime but even from my perspective it was overkill.

Pros

Easy to get hired, People are very helpful and the managers really were chill. My department was Card Reading/ QC. Making sure the cards we received were the right cards that were submitted in the order. If your into Sports Cards/ TCGs this is probably a dream job for you, They gave us free lunch once in awhile, brought in some food trucks. The people who worked there, The employees who were actually hired through PSA all seemed to enjoy their jobs, I didn't get to ask how much they were getting paid. Most of them really knew about Cards, TCG's Sportscards, They really were knowledgeable .

Cons

For me it was very monotonous and mundane. I worked 2nd shift, Either way, The pay was not worth it. You had to go thru trays of cards and match them. There's a camera above your work station as if your working in an casino monitoring your every move, You can't take out your phone or get disracted. As temps we weren't even allowed to wear headphones, That was reserved for (Employees). The whole job felt like working in an assembly line. Management was also very hush on growing in the company, Originally the temp agency said we would get hired within 6 months, but after talking to some of the workers who already worked there awhile, They said we would stay Temps for up to a year. I left shortly after learning that. Also the training period was pretty long, 3-4weeks. And if you don't hit your metrics in training, when training ends and its your first day on the job, Your badge will be deactivated and you won't even be let in the office. No call, no word from managment. Just showing up to work one day and being shown that you weren't selected to continue working.
