Pros

The people and culture at Collective Medical Technologies are great. I love everyone I've had the pleasure to work with, even those few who may not have had the best experience, and I feel valued as a member of the team. Here are some pros: * Competitive salary. * Good benefits and PTO. * Pay raises and bonuses. * Flexible work hours. * Nice location in Sandy. * Great holiday parties. * Recognition and reward for hard work. * Responsive and understanding management. * Security focused culture (very important to me). * Lots and LOTS of work to be done! * Team based mentality. * Company lunch every Monday. * Fully stocked kitchen (Costco is the best!). * Company BBQ in the office sometimes more than twice a week. * Option for standing desks and ergonomic input like keyboard and mouse. * More than adequate workstation possibilities (Alienware for me!). * Fun and games: yes we play video games on the job! On PC or XBOX360 with a big screen TV! We also play P-I-G (H-O-R-S-E) with LuvSac furry balls and a waste basket including a trophy to pass around for the winner! As a fast growing company the opportunity for creative work is immense. This is something that I need in a career. If you have the chance to work here, you won't regret it!

Cons

I can't work in the basement...

Pros

- Fun & welcoming culture, even through everyone being remote during the pandemic. I thought it'd be much harder to stay in touch and feel connected, but it really hasn't been and I think that's made a world of difference for me. - Truly meaningful mission: what you do here, regardless of your role, makes a dent in peoples' lives and healthcare opportunities across the country. The product does what it says it does and our customers are really happy. - You're surrounded by smart people without a complicated ego to overcome. It's a culture of getting things done that pushes every team member to bring their best game, every time. People here are professional and focus on the heart of the problem, without dwelling on non-productive office politics. -The company and especially its leadership are hungry for change in the right direction. They're embracing and seeking out fresh ideas about where to bring the company for short and long-term success, and they genuinely listen to others' ideas about what this should look like. Everyone has skin in the game here, in a positive way. - Leadership is focused on crafting and always refreshing new career paths for employees. They're really invested in getting and keeping the best talent they can. There's no shortage of new opportunities and exciting projects at Collective.

Cons

Not a true con, just a hope I have - I would love to see Collective's strategy for remote work become more mature. Granted, we're a really young and small company, and we're learning things and changing things up all the time - so this might be coming soon or on the roadmap for some point in the future.
