    Pros

    In all my years of work, I’ve never experienced a company like this. The passion and care every employee has about the success of the business is evident no matter what title you have. The leadership team really takes the time to understand our needs and provide a workplace environment that supports the employee’s work life balance.
    We have amazing facilities here and the company spoils us with all the money and investment they put in to ensure we have everything we need.

    Cons

    Fast pace, not your typical 9-5. Unless you have the mentality of “getting things done” and are a go-getter, this isn’t the right place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to support your employees wellbeing and putting that at the forefront of everything you do.

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Mississauga, ON (Canada)).

    Interview

    I applied online and was contacted by email from HR to schedule a phone interview. The interview was informal and the recruiter provided an overview of the role and asked about my work experience and salary expectations. I was invited to an in-person interview then but received confirmation a few days later. The in-person interview was with the manager of the group. It lasted about an hour and was very informal. I felt she wanted to get to know me (personally and professionally) and explain the needs of the team. She mentioned the interview process is many rounds. HR followed up two weeks later and said they were still going through interviews. The next week I received a rejection email.
