I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Mississauga, ON (Canada)).
I applied online and was contacted by email from HR to schedule a phone interview. The interview was informal and the recruiter provided an overview of the role and asked about my work experience and salary expectations. I was invited to an in-person interview then but received confirmation a few days later. The in-person interview was with the manager of the group. It lasted about an hour and was very informal. I felt she wanted to get to know me (personally and professionally) and explain the needs of the team. She mentioned the interview process is many rounds. HR followed up two weeks later and said they were still going through interviews. The next week I received a rejection email.
Last week, we celebrated International Women's Day! We brought both men and women together to inspire and advocate for greater action on breaking barriers.
PointClickCare has been named one of "Canada's Best Managed Companies" for the 6th consecutive year! We are deeply honoured to receive this recognition and we are committed to creating and maintaining a place of work that our employees are proud of!
