10yThank you for your feedback. The first third of your review seems fair and balanced. Thank you for that. While we appreciate all feedback, it is disappointing to see the kind of rhetoric in the rest of your review. At Codero, we have an open door policy and we welcome direct engagement with all employees. Our organization is reasonably flat, by design. Employees have an opportunity to interact with their CEO and executive staff directly, while in other companies in our industry they don’t necessarily have that opportunity. I would have much rather heard your concerns and feedback in person, or through your manager rather than here on this forum. I would have been more than glad to explain what our priorities are as a business, and what consumes my time as CEO, Chairman, and President of Codero. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me or anyone on my staff, and I will personally make the time (as I always do) to transparently explain the company’s priorities, address your concerns, and guide you on how you can play a constructive role in our company.
