Business outlook
Pros
We will be moving into a brand new state of the art building this year. This will make a huge impact in continuing to improve our company culture. Overall there are a lot of passionate people who work at the corporate office and in our offices around the country.
Cons
All companies have their own challenges and so does CoWorx. However, I am impressed with the amount of cross functional teams dedicated to improving all aspects of our business. The company is focused on constant improvement. The biggest con is our current HQ building but that will soon change for the better.
