      Pros

      Team members are so lovely and welcoming and were so good at training me and making me feel valued.

      Cons

      How some staff members who have been there for a while take advantage of new staff i.e.; i was left with all the unwanted duties for example a staff member was only meant to stay on till for 3 hours but nobody liked till so I was on till for 8 hours straight while they all laughed and chatted in the back.

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
