Pros

Decent anual leave, pays ok.

Cons

No breaks for TL due to expected deadlines, safety goes out the window due to 1 on 1 shifts most evenings. Too much stock for smaller stores. Managment higher then T3 are the only ones reaping benefits yet t3 are expected to carry out almost the same responsibilities. No work life balance at all. Not particularly autism friendly as i have myself first hand witnessed and been through it. Working 2.30-11 pm most evenings and yet expected to work 9am the next morning (breaking law rules there). Sometimes expected to work seven days straight. Conversations between managment are completely unprofessional in regards to colleagues.

Pros

Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

Cons

Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
