Pros
The organization really lives out it's values. We are encouraged to do good work and live great lives - that's shown through the exciting projects we get to work on, but also the encouragement to take time off if needed. Staff is given enough autotomy to get work done and take care of their personal lives. And the entire staff are a caring and delightful group of humans.
Cons
It's a small company, so growth can seem limited. But you do have the ability to choose your own path in some ways.
