I applied online. I interviewed at Clockwork (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Very quick and rushed, with few details given. I felt like I was being tricked into a job interview. And they blow your phone up. I also think this job is one of those standing-in-a-store, haggling-with-people type jobs.
I applied online. I interviewed at Clockwork (Johannesburg)
Interview
Great, the team was prepared, my CV was reviewed thoroughly and the team put me at ease. I believe they had vetted and shortlisted the right people. Overall it was a great experience

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Clockwork (Minneapolis, MN) in Sept 2023
Interview
Phone screen interview, 1 hour interview with a leader (however changed to add additional people), then 1 hour with potential team (which was apparently only if you get an offer). The process was initially good and felt like a promising organization doing things “better”, however after the 2nd interview they disappeared. They sent automated emails every Friday “updating” where they were in the process but provided no personal update and it took 3 weeks to then send a rejection without any feedback. It shouldn’t take more than a week to send a personalized update regardless of what stage the person is in or if they’re moving forward or being declined. The interview process also changed during the interview and it wasn’t communicated well. Sadly it made the whole process demotivating and typical of today’s poor candidate experiences.
