      - Great co-workers - Interesting work - A lot to learn - Great health insurance - Great pay

      Cons

      - No work-life balance - Not a lot of opportunity to grow (completely depends on the team you're on) - Micro-managing managers / little accountability - Unlimited PTO means no one goes on vacation - Believe no HR is a great thing
