Cleveland Research interview questions

Several rounds of phone interviews, personality and IQ tests, followed by a full day of interviews with 6-10 team members in person. Optional dinner with a team member the night prior. Takes about a week post interviews for a final decision. Beware of the company asking inappropriate questions.

Phone interview for first round then activity "channel research" for round 2. Had to call Sally beauty stores and ask for store sales, took like 3-4 hours total. Didn't get past second round
