      Pros

      The CSE products are great—both digital and physical. The coworkers were great to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership is incompetent when it comes to building software. They are well-intentioned enough, but they let pride get in the way of progress and decision-making by data—relying on gut and "how things have been done". The high level of turnover on the technology team is a strong indicator of how they treat that side of the company.

      Pros

      Great products, there are a lot of great people and some great leaders within the company, good benefits overall. The owners are great people.

      Cons

      The COO doesn’t know anything about leadership (“it’s my way or you’re wrong and gone”). A few of the department heads don’t know anything about management, coaching, or mentorship and don’t support employees that need it. Broken processes everywhere and a severe communication problem all over the company. No HR support and no desire to improve on any of these things.
