      Pros

      Fun, fast environment. Great merch. Always fun to be part of a company expanding rapidly.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive and no pathway for advancements. It felt like they thought because it was a "cool" company that people would just want to work there, put in extra hours and not be compensated fairly. But it's really only popular in Utah so the "cool" factor didn't apply.

      Broken Leadership, Broken Processes

      Pros

      Great products, there are a lot of great people and some great leaders within the company, good benefits overall. The owners are great people.

      Cons

      The COO doesn’t know anything about leadership (“it’s my way or you’re wrong and gone”). A few of the department heads don’t know anything about management, coaching, or mentorship and don’t support employees that need it. Broken processes everywhere and a severe communication problem all over the company. No HR support and no desire to improve on any of these things.
