Pros
MP has great benefits including health, dental and optical plus a bonus program, profit sharing and 401k. All major holidays are paid and from Memorial to Labor Day, all employees are eligible for 'Summer Hours Fridays" (2 paid hours of early departure every Friday).
Cons
Work at Home/Remote employees limited to certain departments and Senior Management will not consider for others. Faced paced environment doesn't allow one to catch one's breath nor allow leeway for anyone to slow down.
