Pros
The CEO is a very smart man and works hard and allows his employees to see that. There is plenty of flexibility when it comes to family matters and they are willing to work with people who need time off or flexibility in their work hours. They encourage ideas; implementation and credit due is another thing.
Cons
Nepotism runs rampant within the company and, unfortunately, relatives get priority over qualified employees when it comes to promotions. When you are hired, you are told of all the bonuses, perks and raises that will come with hard work and development of one's self; however, they do not give raises except once per year and it is 1-2% and the bonuses are no longer available. You may be able to earn an extra day off, as a perk, but even that is rare. Certain departments are run efficiently and the employees seem happy; others are run very poorly and it is obvious from the moral of the employees.
