People in the marketing department are extremely critical and judgmental. I was a temp staff who overlooked an assistant manager's position. Not only did I sense the constant cold treatment, but the environment was hostile as well. People were least willing to teach, but are very ready to make harsh comments. Not to mention that they frequently spoke in their mother tongue language where I'll be extremely clueless sometimes. One of the manager openly even said that she loved to gossip, and some of them can speak about being competent/professional. Joke of the year man.
