The process involves several stages: pre-screening, a written assignment, logical reasoning and personality assessments, and finally, an interview with the team.
While the process was overall fine, the assessments felt somewhat dated. The pre-screening, which required recording responses on a platform within a time limit, lacked human touch as well.
