Pros

One day you get to quit the Mcdonalds of banking.

Cons

Absolutely no work life Balance avg week 44-50 hrs even for hrly employees. Salary employees are forced to work 6 day weeks and come in whenever someone calls off with no extra pay. Citizens is undergoing a Multi-site arrangement which forces the assistant manager to do the full job of the manager without manager pay while the manger goes and plays soccer and visits the carnival on company time. All branches are horribly understaffed. In-store employees get stabbed with the longer hour dagger without overtime. Bankers are under paid. The new profit and loss system also reduces profitable bankers bonus by over 75%. Under the new system it almost impossible to make a bonus of over $1000 even if you more than double your sales goals. Upper management in this region is also very Bourgeoisie and only care abut their 6 figure salaries they never deserved from the beginning. The company does not respect its open door policy.

Pros

The pros are the benefits, the pay could be higher for all that you learn and have to go through for ten weeks. They offer tuition assistance and opportunity for upskilling and advancing in such little time and the remote flexibility is great too

Cons

Management sucks and of course they have their favorites and then they have the people they target like myself. They micromanage bad and are quick to give you an occurrence for nothing. Their systems are so slow and then they blame you for being five ten minutes late logging in. They want you to tell them when you get up to breathe, go to the bathroom and they push for you to take calls and know boatloads of info after on 3 weeks of training. What they don’t know is that I will sue for any wrong doings or discrimination and I keep records of everything
