Management is hired in without ANY banking experience resulting in poor management.
New hires will 100% make much much more than you for pay.
(you will have to train and assist these employees, and are expected to help onboard them)
Very inconsistent practice of banking policies / rules and regulations. Different locations practice differently. Customers are usually upset because of super high turnover rate with employees and inconsistent practices of banking.
Goals from quarter to quarter get harder to achieve because the incentive structure changes every quarter. ( change for the worst )
