Pros
The obvious banker hours are very nice. The benefits and vacation time were also very nice. The training was paid along with mileage (as long as YOU were the one driving). My colleagues were great and we all got along really well.
Cons
Sell sell sell. You have to really put up huge numbers and while it maybe unfair to compare them to a non bank, as far as bonuses/commission structure they are pretty bad. It's progressively gotten worse as I stay in contact with several good friends still there. The hourly is solid but I never made over 2k in a bonus for a quarter where my current job I can make 2k bonus in a month. They (at least in my area) have tons of rollover but rarely promote from within, which is very frustrating for anyone trying to work up the ladder of success.
