      Good opportunities for career advancement, great culture, exceptional benefits and 401k match. Good PTO and perks. Typically no camera required on Zoom and no excessive meetings. Trust from management/ability to self-manage. Good resources for accommodations and leave for those who need them.

      Cons

      Incremental or nonexistent pay increase with promotions for those that do not work in Sales. Hybrid work with few new remote opportunities, despite many employees working remotely.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
