      Poor managers. Some managers in senior positions are not people persons and should never have been hired as people managers Poor incremental pay increases when staying in Citi for a long time Always bad news come bonus time

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
