      Large corporation, stability and competitive salary to start.

      Cons

      Difficult culture, not employee centric (although they claim to be), bonus' are completely discretionary and mostly have little to zero impact on your annual compensation (no bonus structure).

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
