Pros
It’s easiest job ever. People who train you they are amazing people. Colleagues in the team are just amazing and fun. But managers are the worst managers I have ever worked with. You just processing payments like yes/no like a robot. Same things over over again. It gets very boring and routine. There is nothing to be good here.
Cons
Once again, Managers are very toxic. They are favoring people who are from their nation and being unfair to other people. Also they require very unrealistic targets which is destroying your work and life balance and put you into unnecessary stress especially for such an easy work. It’s so toxic that they checking on you whether you are on your phone or taking break. They don’t even care your personal space. one of team leader checking you in front of the door and staring at you when you going out for smoke or taking lunch, other team leader may complain. To your own team leader for that matter.. Managers have no idea about your task about your work. Their English communication is very low and you dont really understand them or they are able to understand you. Their management skills are very underqualified and toxic. There is no career improvement or learning something new here. You are here like robot, doing same boring job over and over again. Previously there is a manager was fired because of his racist behaviours. And also do not think you can grow up in this team (sanctions team in Warsaw) because managers favours people who are from their nationality. Also if you do some mistakes (actually even very minor mistakes) they require you to come to office everyday for a week. Giving you punishment like in primary school. Furthermore, they require you to come to office everyday for first 3 months even though they were not mentioned in interview or exist any part of the contract. You coming everyday because they said so. But other Polish people from other city, they are getting trainings remotely. So there is definitely discrimination here. As you can understand their toxicity level is undefinable.
