      Endless development opportunities if you get to work with good manager. Being proactive opens several doors - strong ownership required.

      Cons

      Happens to be chaotic and driven centrally out of US. Recently in the cost control mode deploying new org chart globally.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
