Pros

-Location in the Citi center. -It's nearly impossible to get fired if you're bad at your job. -It's not the worst and not the best in terms of pay. -You get an udemy licence for upskilling. -Hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 from home). -Bike2work scheme.

Cons

-You gotta use your own laptop if you want to work from home (Citi does not provide equipment for it). -No possibility of working remotely from other countries in the EU. -Year end bonuses are tiny or non-existent. -Canteen food is poor quality and expensive. -Management thinks backwards and it's very hierarchical - don't even think of talking to an SVP if you're not at that level. -Constant useless meetings that lead nowhere culture. -Human Resources never pay any head to your referrals. -No company parties and little or no other perks.

Pros

- Opportunity for Mobility and career growth, cross functional collaboration, global organization - Amazing mentors, colleagues and collaborative mindset - Volunteer Culture

Cons

- Mobility can be challenging w/o a sponsor. - Depending on departments, fast moving and may impact work-life balance. - depending on the team, you might encounter micromanagers or teams that may be selective with mobility. Though inevitable in some instances, if you are aware of team dynamics and team culture, employee could mitigate or manage/avoid this risk.
