      1. Reasonably above market-average compensation 2. Good set of peers 3. If you perform well, compensation and bonus are taken care of even if you originally joined with below-par compensation 4. Wide variety of tech stack 5. If you want to be a low latency expert - lots of people to learn from (particularly true in front office) 6. Nice cafeteria

      1. Poor work-life balance 2. Poor diversity - 75 % of the employees are Indian males

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
