Pros
Everything is well established so development work normally is enhancement and bug fixing. Just need to do routine work. The company in general is pretty stable.
Cons
Some restrictions in trading floor even for tech guys. For instance, using cellphone is prohibited and have to at least wear business casual clothing. Not many benefits.
