      - Great fast pace culture - Sophisticated processes in place already - Great project management experience

      Cons

      - Absolutely no training provided - No work/life balance - No attempts for social interaction to foster team work - Review/Rating process is highly political and drives bonus (typical but not ideal) - More managers than there are real workers - Fires good talent or doesn't reward good talent

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
