Pros
The benefits and flex time -- the management for the most part cares about the people, however, the communication throughout Citi is very archaic.
Cons
Very little chance of advancement and we are not seeing much of Pandit throughout all this turmoil. Where is the leadership? I believe that there are those that want to see the company survive and it will, but a lot of us feel there is a lack of true leadership in this company. We need someone strong. Vikram is not the man, or to date has not shown this to be.
