      CitiMortgage is a company whose concern about their consumers and have maintain a good name in the community. I'm former employee currently trying to return my to CitiMortgage. After working for the competitor, I prefer going back to CitiMortgage, they have proven to me to be more professional toward their customers and employees. Which is highly important to me.

      Cons

      I've worked for CitiMortgage for 14 years, there are no downfalls that I'm aware of.

      Hybrid schedule right out of “training” and FT WFH privilege came much faster than expected. There are some great benefits. Job confidence as

      Training was a waste of Citi’s money and a train wreck. Facilitator was all over the place. Normally there’s a flow to training, there was no flow and it was all over the place. OJT felt like sinking or swimming.
