      They willl hire you on the spot, the one interview process with confirmation that you have the job at the end is excelllent for starving job seekers.

      Cons

      You are not going anywhere, besides to different desks and different departments. Albuquerque location is proud of saying that the C in Citi stands for change. That is a strategy when you earn incentive regularly inone department, switch you to something new aqnd watch you start over. The only thing we are really WOO WOW WINning the clients with is "woo, that 29.9% APR is irreversable, sorry"

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
