Pros
Citi is an equaliser. Consistency, perseverance, and hard work is rewarded. The company achieves a good balance between pushing performance vs pushing over employees to insanity levels. Management is top notch.
Cons
Fluff is still around. Citi like aig always put bodies and focused less on efficiencies. Mgmt has woken up and concrete efforts being made to make it a lean, mean org.
