Management. Executives. And collared job positions are all in their high chairs. Production managers will pester you continuously to pick up the pace, in an extremely rude manner... Though you're going as fast as you possibly can. Machine operators are paid just over $13/hour in Ontario. Lowest machine operator wage I've ever seen. Average is about $15-$20 for a machine operator job in Canada. Men are not allowed to have earrings. But woman are. I had to take mine off every time. Although this would have been normal in the 1930s-1960s... It's considered sexism in the 21st century. The Farmers could benefit greatly by adapting to today's culture. 10 to 25+ years just to move up to a management position is not motivating at all.
