Great company with even better culture. Great benefits, training, management systems. Cintas expects top performance, professionalism and perfection everyday. Rewards the partners who can do handle it with bonuses, promotions, developmemt, & merit increases. I love can't imagine working anywhere elze. If you're work ethic is hit and miss on given days Cintas may not be right for you.
Cons
Cintas' high expectations of professionalism can cause some long days. All customer request must be handled promptly & with urgency. Some days you may have unexpected request to handle & are stilo required to complete all other job requirements for that day. As I mentioned in my pro's....keep up with this demand and Cintas' rewards you ten fold.
