You'll have opportunities to develop skills in art, craft, and classroom management. The former principal and coordinators (up to 2024) were particularly supportive and receptive to teachers' needs. For future growth, it would be beneficial for the new leadership to bring in fresh perspectives and make decisions independently. Overall, the work environment is positive, the compensation is good, and it's a solid place to build your career."
