I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Chrysalis High (Bengaluru) in Feb 2026
Interview
I appeared for an interview in chrysalis high kadugodi. It was the worst experience in my entire life. I was called by their hr three times to the school. First round was written, second round was demo and third round was again a demo with curriculum team. After clearing all these rounds I had a meeting with their principal madam. And that lady was arrogant and rude to me I couldn't describe here. She told me clearly we couldn't match with your expectation. She behaved asif she had already hired me and started blasting asif I am working under her. Such a terrible lady. Not at all fit for principal post of a school. No empathetic towards the person whome she was meeting for the very first time. God knows how people are doing job under her leadership. It was the Worst behaviour by the person who is in principal position of an institution. I felt like she is ragging me and showing her frustration towards me. It's ok you can say no politely to the candidate. What's the point of shouting and showing your anger on her. I went for an interview not to listen her shouting. A third class and nonsense lady. Shame on chrysalis high for having such rude principal in your organisation who doesn't know how to behave with new candidate who comes to your school for an interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Chrysalis High (Bengaluru) in Apr 2025
Interview
I had an extremely poor experience with the recruitment process at Chrysalis Kids Whitefield. After my initial interview, I was informed by the Curriculum Head, Ms. Deepti, that I had performed well and would soon be contacted by HR. A month passed with no update. When I followed up on May 15th, I was asked to return for a second round of demo and interview, and to submit my previous employment documents, which I did.
On that same day, I received a confirmed offer from another school offering ₹18k per month plus transportation. I transparently shared that I needed to save at least ₹18k after travel expenses and was told by Chrysalis to wait, as I was “selected.” Ms. Deepti assured me that HR would call me by Monday.
After waiting another three days with no communication, I called the school again on May 22nd. I was told, “We can’t give you the offer because we couldn’t match your expectations.” I reminded them that they had asked me to decline another job offer. Shockingly, the receptionist laughed and said, “Sorry, we couldn’t meet your expectation,” with complete disregard for the professional and personal impact.
Pros: None
Cons:
• Lack of communication
• Misleading assurances
• No accountability
• Disrespectful behavior from staff
Advice to Management: Please be honest and respectful toward candidates. If you’re unable to offer a position, communicate that clearly and in a timely manner. Professionalism matters—especially in an educational institution.
