Good lads that work there, everyone was friendly, very undervalued staff

I applied for Desk sales. Was told there'd be an induction period with manual labour. Was not told this was actually just up to 8 weeks picking and loading orders because you're short staffed out the back. Wasn't even given the "this is where you'll eventually be working" tour. Too many supervisors where it seems people threaten to leave, so you give a little promotion to keep them happy, Seen it all before.
