Applied online, phone call/email to confirm interview,
Had a full tour of the store/yard met a few of the team, went upstairs had a informal talk about the job and requirements, then went into situation and maths tests, overall I was there for 1 hour 30 (which is a long time for a job paying this kind of wage) thought it went really well, was told there was a few young lads had applied also but they will give me a ring on Friday to confirm,
A week later when I contacted them I then got an email saying I was unsuccessful,
Since then the job posting has gone up 4/5 times while I've been working full time elsewhere, guess it's a bit of a mess behind the scenes here.
