Pros

Great flexibility in your schedule. Leadership is always looking for feedback on improvements and implements them based on feedback. Transparency from leadership with the path of the company, at a high level, financially and technologically. Coworkers are fairly happy. Customers are mostly great to work with. Team collaboration is pushed as a big strategy to continue growth, both personal and business-wise. Many mentee/mentoring opportunities.

Cons

Sometimes the leadership can be more passive with employees who don't complete their required job duties which can be extremely frustrating for high-performing employees and team members. Internal resource restraints to complete work for projects. Not enough support employees for IT departments to resolve issues in a more timely manner or provide better assistance.

Pros

The Proposals Team is amazing. The manager and director are supportive, knowledgeable, and fair. The team is hard-working, skilled, and friendly. I will miss them! If you are worried about the other reviews about CentralSquare, the Proposals Department has been insulated from cuts (except for a part-time position), and they try to balance the workload for job security.

Cons

It is a very large company, so there are some silos between departments.

Pros

The people that do the work actually want to provide a good product and fix customers problems.

Cons

Regular priority pivots, not fully implementing previous decisions leaving half baked processes adding overhead. Constant focus on new sales and stringing existing customers along with empty promises. Leading to shrinking headcount in the departments that do the work while sales teams grow and get larger bonuses. Following the increase use of AI and reduce headcount trend
