The company was under demand to turn around projects that had too short of timelines. Sales would over promise, and put us in a position to underdeliver. Many clients have combative personality types, and you could catch a lot of flack for not being able to meet unrealistic timelines.

Lack of support for ERGs, unachievable bonuses (my role didn't qualify apparently), they'll do a round of layoffs while hiring for the same position, software updates were a joke, they would send out an update to fix 3 things then that update broke 14 other things, there was never an opportunity to catch up. The lack of communication from the higher ups was ridiculous. So and so left the company and NO ONE ever knew! A lot of feedback I received from customers said people didn't answer emails or phone calls. I was provided with a career path and I just fell through the cracks - unless they needed me to fix something of course.
