Pros
They're are some very genuinely nice people at this company, who have a tremendous personalities. Also, they have a great kitchen, and decent pay, which certainly is not bad. Also, the office is quite and capacious in its own respect.
Cons
The major con (of many) is not all of the managers, but some (and most especially, the individual at the top), who are outright, arrant incompetents at their jobs. More precisely, because these managers do not train you, are not interested in what they are even looking for, at least someone in my position, and have expectations that are not rooted in any firm plan or purpose of what to do. Which, logically, makes sense. As if you expect a lot from people, but let them on their own, the either you will get what they deem fit, or next to nothing, as their bumbling efforts don't fit any grand plan that is directed from the top. That being said, for me personally in this position, I was very excited to work there and do my job, but always felt like I did not have a true identity there, which, fundamentally, is not good for anyone. If you are reading this, just take notice, that for this position, it is very affable and fun in the beginning; however, over time, you will notice some managers have next to no clue what to expect and even talk smack about the other managers. Also, this position has an average of a 2 month turn over rate. So, if you are from college or expecting to make a future, don't expect any "safety" from this job. Keep looking. However, if it is just a job to get you somewhere (as it was for me), than make that your premise for being there. And don't just take my word for it. Read other reviews and go in their yourself.
