The interview process is irritating and unnecessarily drawn-out. As mentioned in other reviews, the company is being led by someone whose simply doesn't belong in the self-improvement/personal development/meditation/wellness industry. The rest of the team seems to be getting dragged along by this person, who is a braggart, micromanager, and very likely an egomaniac. Have constructive feedback or thoughtful suggestions regarding their poorly constructed, inconsistent, outdated marketing tactics? Watch out, you'll be met with a wall of knives, poor listening, and basic lack of understanding.

Lengthy, taxing, and lead by someone who takes forever. They don't have an HR who does the hiring. The person who does it is some reclusive, suspicious chap, with low social intelligence.
