Pros
Sales staff are given revenue targets but nothing happens if you do not meet your targets. You can just write a report to explain the market is bad and your boss will accept it.
Cons
Your managers are from the management trainee scheme and have never worked anywhere else so their ideas are limited. Swire managers also look down on local managers, so no matter how smart or hardworking you are there's a glass ceiling you can never progress beyond.
