The HR representative and department manager came across as rather unfriendly. Basically almost the interview revolved around discussing how would you improve their company. While it is important to assess candidate's problem-solving abilities, I found it unusual that the interview heavily relied on the input for potential solutions. It almost felt as if the company was somewhat lost and unsure of their direction, relying on candidates' input to gain insights. HR representative's questions felt somewhat selective. This team failed to emphasize the importance of respecting candidates' time and input and acknowledging that interviews serve as an opportunity for both parties to make informed decisions. It's difficult to imagine that many candidates would be eager to join a company appears to be unsure of its own direction.Interviewplease tell me about yourself
