Pros
Lots of great engineers, some solid management, plenty of opportunity to learn new things and get involved. Some really amazing tech opportunities in the cable space, especially before 2020.
Cons
Never got out of "start-up" mode, always chased too many things at once, never really nailing down a product. Rushed too quickly for the first 80%, resulting in never really getting the last 20% solid. Focused on wireless to the detriment of its solid cable underpinnings. Mostly authoritarian upper management style that did not listen or observe.
