      Pros

      no one cares about what you're doing as long as you can get the job done relatively stress free environment, no endless deadline college are friendly and helpful

      Cons

      tight IT restrictions(which is probably good? any modifications to your laptop need the admin password from the US I just want to get my Skype updated..... code and binary and test environment are air gapped you need to hop through like five server or so to get the code running which means very high delay
