Pros

Working with great people, amazing office with all bells and whistles including fully stocked kitchen and catered lunch. Quarterly team outings/ happy hours. Paid extremely well and rewarded very well when target is met and exceeded. Lots of opportunities to earn extra $$$ Mental health is treated as a priority and entire company gets one day off a quarter for self care.

Cons

Sales environment so when it’s good it’s good and when it’s tough it’s tough. Not for the faint hearted, staff turn over seems to be quite high for this reason.

Pros

Nice office environment with free food and drinks available. The gym and company perks are a nice bonus. There are also some genuinely good people on the team who make the workplace more enjoyable.

Cons

Management can feel overly political, and some managers appear to give more attention and opportunities to favorites rather than treating employees consistently. While the company talks about supporting mental health, the day-to-day culture does not always reflect that message. There is also growing uncertainty about long-term job stability as AI becomes more integrated into the work.
