      Pros

      The benefits package is great. The company has a great retirement program and offers a great health and benefits program.

      Cons

      This company is all about feedback. Either positive or negative. Management tends to have favorites and if you are well liked you can advance. Unfortunately management turns away when they see associates they like doing things that are wrong for the company, such as taking long lunches and long breaks while the other associates do their pull.

      Pros

      Benefits and compensation were great. Most people were really nice.

      Cons

      Can become a gossip mill if you allow it. Constant rumors of HR cases, people forced to resign, inappropriate comments, etc. Some of the team leads and leadership actively participating in that gossip- really disappointing to see.
